About Our Retail System
Our retail system powers both the tills in our shop and our ecommerce website to allow us to manage our stock, process both online orders and in store sales, and update our website, all from one central system. Giving us the tools to provide customers with efficient and excellent customer service. Intelligent Retail has been providing retail solutions for independent retailers since 2004, winning several awards along the way. Smart Till System
The till hardware is available with epos accessories such as barcodes scanners, customer facing display, chip and pin terminal, receipt printer with branded receipts, barcode label printer and cash drawer, to give a professional and modern system. For the staff, the Connect till screen has a simple layout making it quick and easy to process transactions in store, create customer orders or quotes, set up a purchase orders, access the visual product database or find a customer's account with a touch of a button. With all the information to hand the staff can answer customer queries effectively and provide the best service.
The Connect software links up the stock between the shop and the website so that, as the stock quantities are increase due to supplier deliveries or decreased because of customer sales, both the tills and the ecommerce website are updated automatically. This saves retailers the time and effort of manually updated each channel and reduces the chances of overselling. Connect can even integrate with online selling channels or marketplaces such as Google Shopping, Amazon and eBay too!
